We ship wall plates from our main warehouse in Spring Valley, NY. Need your order fast? With Express Shipping, many customers can receive their wall plates in as little as 2 business days. Simply select Express Shipping during checkout. See below for additional details.

Express Shipping

2-business-day Express Shipping is available starting at $19.99.

Business days are Monday through Friday only and exclude weekends, carrier-observed holidays, federal holidays, and any days our warehouse is closed. Shipping transit times begin after your order has shipped.

For example:

  • If your order ships on Monday, delivery is typically expected by Wednesday.
  • If your order ships on Thursday, delivery is typically expected the following Monday.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Express orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day® or UPS 2nd Day Air®, depending on destination and order details.

When Will My Order Ship?

Our goal is to ship as many orders as possible the same business day. Most orders received by 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day; however, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Friday same-day shipping cutoff time is 11:00 AM EST. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted parcel carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order is processed, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking information, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Wallplate Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should ensure that the shipping address is secure and accurate before placing an order. If a delivery issue occurs, we will gladly assist in opening a carrier investigation when possible.

Canadian Orders

We are currently testing shipping to Canada on a limited basis. While our checkout may allow Canadian shipping addresses, international shipping rates are still being evaluated.

Because of the complexity of international shipping, the shipping amount calculated at checkout may not always reflect the actual carrier cost. Wallplate Store reserves the right to adjust the shipping cost for Canadian orders if the calculated rate is significantly lower than the actual shipping cost.

If an adjustment is necessary, we will always contact the customer before processing or shipping the order to confirm the updated shipping charge. Customers will have the option to approve the updated shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

All shipments to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage charges imposed by Canadian customs authorities or the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the customer/importer/receiver and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
