This is an oversized white metal electrical outlet or switch cover. It's a 2 gang size, with one one single rocker Switch/GFI/Block centered opening. Perfect to use to conceal imperfections in finished walls or tile work. The size 5.5" x 5.5" Jumbo GFCI.
