4-Inch Square Raised Cover for Two Duplex Receptacles
This 4-inch square raised electrical box cover is designed to mount two standard duplex receptacles directly to a compatible 4x4 metal electrical box. Also commonly called a double duplex receptacle cover, 2-duplex exposed work cover or industrial surface cover, it provides openings for two duplex devices, supplying four receptacle outlets in one compact installation.
The 1/2-inch raised profile provides the necessary space to support the receptacles while enclosing the electrical box and wiring connections. It is an excellent choice for surface-mounted electrical installations where the metal box and cover remain exposed.
Durable Silver Galvanized Steel
Made in the USA from durable 0.0625-inch-thick galvanized steel, this cover has a clean silver finish that is suitable for commercial, industrial and residential applications. The galvanized surface helps resist oxidation, corrosion and rust and is ready to install as supplied.
Crushed-Corner Design for Easier Installation
The fully depressed corners, commonly known as crushed corners, are designed to simplify installation and allow the cover to mount securely to compatible 4-inch square electrical boxes. This cover can be used with both drawn and welded 4x4 steel boxes.
