This 1-gang oversize wall plate features a durable Brown Semi-Gloss finish over painted metal / cold-rolled steel construction. Measuring 5.5 in. high x 3.50 in. wide and made from 0.030-inch-thick steel, it provides a sturdy cover for a single toggle switch while helping conceal wall surface irregularities. The oversize design is taller and wider than a standard wall plate, making it useful when additional coverage is needed around the electrical box. The plate uses toggle device mounting with 2.375 in. between mounting holes and includes matching 1/2-inch standard slotted 6-32 oval head screws. Its powder coat finish helps inhibit oxidation and provides resistance to chipping and scratching.
