Description
This 1-gang painted metal wall plate is designed for telephone and communication wiring applications in residential and commercial environments. Constructed from 0.030-inch-thick cold-rolled steel, it provides a sturdy cover for compatible electrical wall boxes. The White Semi-Gloss powder-coated finish offers a clean, professional appearance that complements a variety of interior settings.
The plate features a 1/2-inch round telephone opening with a 0.375-inch inside-diameter grommet and mounting strap, helping accommodate compatible telephone wiring installations. Its standard-size design measures 4.5 inches high by 2.75 inches wide and uses device mounting with 2.375 inches between mounting holes.
The powder-coated finish helps inhibit oxidation and helps prevent chipping and scratching. If needed, the surface can be painted in the field to coordinate with updated room décor. Matching 1/2-inch slotted 6-32 oval-head mounting screws are included for installation.
