Measuring 4.5 inches high by 4.562 inches wide, the plate features device mounting for the toggle opening and box mounting for the telephone opening. The toggle opening uses 2.375-inch spacing between mounting holes, while the telephone opening uses 3.281-inch spacing. The telephone opening has a 5/8-inch inside diameter. The wall plate is UL Listed and meets the UL 514D standard. A matching 1/2-inch slotted 6-32 oval-head screw is included.
