Description
Mount one toggle switch on a 4 inch square metal electrical box with this raised galvanized steel cover. Made in the USA, it features one centered toggle opening and a 1/2 inch raised profile for exposed-work installations. Mounting hardware is included.
Designed for Exposed Electrical Boxes
This exposed-work cover closes the front of a compatible surface-mounted metal box while supporting the installed toggle switch. It provides a finished face for garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, mechanical areas, and other locations where the electrical box remains visible rather than concealed behind a finished wall.
Galvanized Steel Construction — Made in the USA
Manufactured from 0.0625 inch thick galvanized steel, equivalent to 1/16 inch, this cover has a silver metallic finish. It is the galvanized steel version, without the gray powder-coated finish.

Check Box Size and Switch Configuration
This is an exposed-work electrical box cover, not a standard decorative wall plate. It is sized for a compatible 4 inch square metal electrical box, not a conventional single-gang device box or a larger 4-11/16 inch square box.
The narrow opening accommodates a traditional toggle switch. It does not fit the larger rectangular face of a rocker switch or GFCI receptacle. Confirm the box size, switch configuration, and mounting arrangement before ordering.
