Description
Mount two compatible GFCI receptacles or rocker switches on a 4 inch square metal electrical box with this raised galvanized steel cover. Made in the USA, it features two rectangular device openings and a 1/2 inch raised profile for exposed-work installations. Each cover includes 4 machine screws and 4 nuts for device mounting.

This cover provides a finished face for a compatible surface-mounted electrical box while supporting the installed wiring devices. Use it for exposed outlets or switches in garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, and other spaces where the metal box remains visible rather than concealed behind the wall.
Galvanized Steel Construction — Made in the USA
Manufactured from 0.0625 inch thick steel, equivalent to 1/16 inch, this cover has a silver galvanized finish. Fully depressed corners, also called crushed corners, help make box mounting easier.

Check Box and Device Compatibility
This is an exposed-work electrical box cover, not a standard decorative wall plate for an in-wall two-gang box. It is sized for a 4 inch square metal box, not a larger 4-11/16 inch square box. Confirm the box size and mounting arrangement before ordering.
GFCI mounting: Box mounting (3.281 in. between mounting holes). The cover manufacturer's instructions specify that the device strap ears must be removed before mounting. Check the instructions for both the cover and your selected wiring devices to confirm compatibility and installation requirements.
