Mount one toggle switch alongside a compatible GFCI receptacle or rocker switch on a 4 inch square metal electrical box. Made in the USA, this galvanized steel combination cover features a 1/2 inch raised profile for exposed-work installations. Mounting screws are included.
A Toggle Switch Plus a GFCI Outlet or Rocker Switch
This cover accommodates two separate wiring devices side by side: one traditional toggle switch and one compatible GFCI receptacle or decorator-style rocker switch. It closes the front of a compatible surface-mounted metal box while supporting the installed devices.
Use it for exposed electrical installations where a toggle switch and a GFCI outlet, or two different switch styles, are needed in the same box.
Galvanized Steel Construction — Made in the USA
Manufactured from 0.0625 inch thick steel, equivalent to 1/16 inch, this cover has a silver galvanized finish. It is the galvanized steel version, without the gray powder-coated finish.
- Combination configuration: One narrow toggle switch opening and one rectangular opening for a compatible GFCI receptacle or rocker switch.
- Fully depressed corners (crushed corners): Help make box mounting easier and faster.
- 1/2 inch raised profile: The cover face projects forward from the box-mounting surface for exposed-work applications.
- 4 inch square box fit: Designed for compatible 4x4 metal electrical boxes.
Check Box Size and Device Compatibility
This is an exposed-work electrical box cover, not a standard decorative two-gang wall plate. It is sized for a compatible 4 inch square metal electrical box, not a conventional in-wall two-gang device box or a larger 4-11/16 inch square box.
The rectangular opening is for a compatible GFCI receptacle or rocker switch, not a traditional duplex receptacle. Confirm the box size, device configuration, and mounting arrangement before ordering.
GFCI mounting: Box mounting (3.281 in. between mounting holes). The cover manufacturer's instructions specify that the device strap ears must be removed before mounting. Check the instructions for both the cover and your selected wiring devices to confirm compatibility and installation requirements.
