Mount one toggle switch and one duplex receptacle on a 4 inch square metal electrical box with this raised galvanized steel cover. Made in the USA, this combination switch and outlet cover features a 1/2 inch raised profile for exposed-work installations. Mounting screws are included.
A Switch and Outlet in One Location
This exposed-work cover accommodates two separate wiring devices side by side: one traditional toggle switch and one duplex receptacle with two plug-in positions. It provides a finished face for a compatible surface-mounted metal box while supporting the installed devices.
Use it in garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, and commercial spaces where a switch and electrical outlet are needed together and the electrical box remains visible rather than concealed behind a finished wall.
Galvanized Steel Construction — Made in the USA
Manufactured from 0.0625 inch thick steel, equivalent to 1/16 inch, this cover has a silver galvanized finish. It is the galvanized steel version, without the gray powder-coated finish.
- Combination configuration: One toggle switch opening and one traditional duplex receptacle opening.
- Fully depressed corners (crushed corners): Help make box mounting easier and faster.
- Additional duplex device-mounting holes: Provide attachment points for securing the receptacle to the cover.
- 1/2 inch raised profile: The cover face projects forward from the box-mounting surface for exposed-work applications.
Check Box Size and Device Configuration
This is an exposed-work electrical box cover, not a standard decorative two-gang wall plate. It is sized for a compatible 4 inch square metal electrical box, including compatible drawn and welded boxes. It is not sized for a conventional in-wall two-gang device box or a larger 4-11/16 inch square box.
The openings accommodate a traditional toggle switch and duplex receptacle, not the rectangular faces of rocker switches or GFCI receptacles. Confirm the box size, device configuration, and mounting arrangement before ordering, and follow the installation instructions for the cover and wiring devices.
