Description
Mount one toggle switch and one single receptacle on a 4 inch square metal electrical box with this raised galvanized steel cover. Made in the USA, it features one traditional toggle opening, one 1.405 inch diameter single-receptacle opening, and a 1/2 inch raised profile for exposed-work installations. Mounting screws are included.
Toggle Switch and Single Receptacle Combination
This exposed-work cover accommodates two different wiring devices side by side: one traditional toggle switch and one single receptacle requiring a 1.405 inch diameter opening. It closes the front of a compatible surface-mounted metal box while supporting the installed devices.
This configuration is useful in garages, workshops, basements, utility rooms, mechanical areas, and other locations where a switch and single receptacle are needed together on an exposed electrical box.
Galvanized Steel Construction — Made in the USA
Manufactured from 0.0625 inch thick galvanized steel, equivalent to 1/16 inch, this cover has a silver metallic appearance. It is the galvanized steel version, without the gray powder-coated finish.

Check the Receptacle Opening Before Ordering
The round opening is for a single receptacle measuring 1.405 inches in diameter. It is not a traditional duplex receptacle opening and does not fit a rectangular GFCI receptacle or rocker switch.
This is an exposed-work electrical box cover, not a standard decorative two-gang wall plate. It is designed for a compatible 4 inch square metal electrical box, not a conventional in-wall two-gang device box or a larger 4-11/16 inch square box. Confirm the box size, device configuration, and receptacle diameter before ordering.
